Return Policy

All return items must be:

  •          Unworn
  •          In its original packing
  •          Original receipt/invoice must be present

Refundable payments will be made in the same manner as originally paid

All items can be returned to any Shumaker location or via mail at customer expense. Exceptions are:

  •          If an incorrect item or defective item was shipped at a location, then return expense is Shumaker’s and shipping fee and item fee shall also be fully refunded

Any items bought in store:

  •          Can be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund
  •          Can be exchanged or given store credit within 14 days of purchase

Any items bought online and shipped home:

  • Can be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund        
  • Can be exchanged or given store credit within 30 days from day of purchase
  • Any shipping fees is non refundable, only item price will be refunded/exchanged/store credited

 Any items that were a in store pick-up:

  •          Can be returned within 7 days from day of pick-up for full refund
  •          Can be exchanged or given store credit within 14 days from day of pick-up

Any clearance items bought in store or online can be returned within 3 days from day of purchase/order and exchanged or given store credit within 7 days of purchase/order

  •          Only item price is refunded. Shipping cost is non refundable
  •          Return via mail at customer expense



The Shumaker family highly values its customer’s choices and decisions. We make it our first priority to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. As soon as any order is placed online, we take the initiative to quickly process and ship out the article within 24 to 48 hours. An email will be sent out when an order is placed online and another email shall be sent, once the product has been shipped. However if the customer chooses to change their mind and cancel a placed order, then it is best to do so before it has been shipped. We, the Shumaker family, only charge the customer once the item is shipped rather than when the order is placed. So if an order is cancelled before being shipped, there are no casualties, however, after a product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. It becomes the customer’s responsibility to return the item for their refund. In that scenario the customer has to either return the product at any Shumaker location or return it via mail at their expense. Only the price of the item will be refunded.



  •          Shipping rate differ for rural areas/no free shipping
  •          In store pick-up is free – email will be sent to inform customer that the product has arrived in the particular store they chose

          Taxes will be applied of the region to where it is being shipped

On online orders

  •          Orders cannot be canceled once it has been shipped
  •          Can be cancelled before shipped out
